What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology is the science of human movement, performance and function. Kinesiologists are healthcare professionals with expert knowledge of the role your body mechanics play in preventing and managing injury, chronic disease, disability, and overall performance.

How can kinesiology help me?
Kinesiology uses an evidence-based active treatment model to correct body mechanics and restore mobility to injured areas. Our Kinesiologists help with injuries to joints, soft tissue sprains and strains, post-operative rehabilitation, and post-concussion management. This includes back and neck pain, knee and ankle pain, shoulder dysfunction, and concussion and balance issues.

Kinesiologists also focus on health promotion, ergonomics, fitness training, and return to work strategies.
